Impressive Results

35%
Upgrade to teeth cleaning
When suggested during booking
Why?
Throught our online platform, we gently encourage patients booking dental checkups , to upgrade to professional teeth cleaning. This suggestion sees remarkable results, with 35% of patients opting for the upgrade. This strategy not only fills more practitioner slots, but also boosts clinic revenue and enhances patient’s dental health.
Exactly the same boost in clinic revenues we noticed by introducing Vitamin D tests. What helped here is that , in the online booking flow , I promoted the Vitamin D test in combination with the professional teeth cleaning booking. So, when a patient is tempting to book an appointment for teeth cleaning, we ask them if they wish to test their Vitamin D value as well. Firstly, we A/B tested this. Seeing the results, this is now part of the UX Flow of booking.
